Hi, I am Sara. I have always enjoyed preparing, shopping for and eating food. Food is my favorite hobby.

My kitchen is modest because it is very small, doesn’t have ventilation, and thrives on the basics, like a good enough set of knives and a cast-iron skillet.

Cooking to a theme or with limiting conditions is the most fun. I’ll occasionally post recipes that are paleo, vegetarian/vegan, or with a restricted set of ingredients (a.k.a. the aging items in my fridge). My favorite cooking has some set of conditions that makes it a little more challenging. I’m all about that top chef lifestyle (but like, without any pressure at all).
