Hi, I am Sara. I have always enjoyed preparing, shopping for and eating food.  Food is my favorite hobby.

More recently, I have honed my cooking and food experimentation to focus on mostly Paleo, Whole30, and “clean” recipes.  My recipes will often reflect that, but not all the time (because ice cream and chicken tenders).

My kitchen is modest because it is small, doesn’t have ventilation, and lacks many tools.  The microwave is broken.  What I’ve got is a discount spiralizer, a great knife set (generous wedding gift) and a lot of enthusiasm.
